2023: SANUSI ASSURES VICTORY FOR ASIWAJU IN AMUWO-ODOFIN AS SANWOOLU HANDS OVER PARTY FLAG
AHEAD of the February 25, 2023 General elections in Nigeria, The All Progressives Congress (APC), House of Representatives Candidate in Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency, Prince Lanre A. Sanusi popularly called PLS, yesterday assured the APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of victory in the presidential election.
Sanusi speaking after receiving his party flag from the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu in a well attended rally held in Lagos West Senatorial District was full of enthusiasm and confidence that the good people of Amuwo Odofin Federal will turn-in the needed votes for the ruling party.
The Awori born US trained Financial Advisor and Tax Consultant also described Asiwaju as a thoroughly bred politician with the intimidating credentials that would deliver on the aspirations of the people of Nigeria.
Speaking on the spate of insecurities, agitations, nepotism and other nefarious activities that have irrigated the country, Sanusi said, it is not peculiar to Nigeria as a country, it is the right time for Nigerians to set themselves on a right pedestal and vote for an improvement towards building the Nigeria of our dreams as represented in Asiwaju.
The House of Representatives candidate further remarked that voting for the APC candidates would be of advantage to the goodpeople of Lagos West Senatorial District as Asiwaju is the only credible and political-willed candidate among other candidates in the other political parties.
PLS added that whosoever votes for the APC candidate voted for productivity and dividends of democracy because Asiwaju is a man of impeccable characteristics with dignified inexplicable managerial acumen.
Speaking during the rally, Mr Governor charged the flag bearers to be above board in their service to God and humanity and uphold the sanctity of the party.
Push News 24 International reporys that Sanwo-Olu boasted that victory was assureed for the party as Lagos was an APC State and would remain so because the APC has made Lagos a model hub for Nigeria.
Sanwoolu who was flanked by Sen Musiliu Obanikoro and other GAC and Senatorial leaders assured the flagbearers of the support of the National and State leadership of the party in mobilizing for their victories in the forthcoming general election.
He advised them to shun acts that could affect their political future and the fortune of the party in their Constituency because this may be a stepping stone for their political prosperity.
Earlier, PLS said the flag presentation was sympolic and welcomed Mr Governor to Lagos West SenatorialDistrict. He said the presence of the governor would further shore up the electoral victory and prosperity of the party in the State.
Congratulating other flagbearers, Sanusi told them to strengthen their campaigns to earn landslide victory for the party.
