Lagos State Judiciary Trains Newly Appointed Judges of The High Court

The Lagos State Judiciary has begun the induction of newly appointed judges of the High Court of Lagos State. The training is scheduled for the 4th – 8th of April, 2022, at the Judiciary Training Centre Ikeja, Lagos.

The Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Kazeem Alogba, in his opening address at the commencement of the exercise, explained that the induction course was organised to enhance professional expertise and facilitate the development of judiciary knowledge and skills to promote the pursuit of juristic excellence.

Alogba further stated that the training is of utmost importance in the understanding and requirements needed for adjudication and service delivery in the judiciary and the country as a whole.

He also advised the newly appointed judges to interact with their senior colleagues when necessary, adding that they are one with the same purpose of excellent service delivery in the Judiciary.
